The Flemish Government provides structural support for renovation.

Especially in the context of the redevelopment of inner city industrial sites, the government intervenes financially. On an annual basis is about more than € 300 million at disposition.

We prepare all tender documents necessary for the renovation. Also the file GR70 will  the review committee.
