A section of the complex consists of historic buildings converted into apartments, complete with hotel & catering services, a sauna and fitness centre.

120 apartments will be built on the remainder of the plot, aimed at various public target groups. A medical centre and a brasserie will also be established on the ground floor, while the basement will offer car parking facilities.
